Prior to work at PLEIAQ, Adeline Mélois has been involved in the following key projects :

Performance 2 (ADEME, 2020-2024): Project Leader overseeing a consortium of major industry and research partners (Cerema, Aereco, Anjos, etc.)
Promevent (ADEME, 2014-2017): Project Leader for the development of ventilation performance protocols
VIA-Qualité (ADEME, 2013-2016): Key contributor to the research team focused on indoor air quality and ventilation
National Databases: Scientific Lead for the French National Buildings Airtightness Database
European Programs: Active member of the Qualicheck (IEE) and EPBD19a (Ventilation Inspection) international teams
